Pringle’s Lakefront Home
A traditional Green Lake home is located directly on Big Green Lake in what is known as “The Hickories.” The Hickories is an area located on the north shore of Green Lake where long time well established family homes exist. Pringle’s Private Lakefront Home is just that, a home that has been in the family for well over 20 years. This bright and sunny four bedroom two bath vacation rental is a place for you to create family memories of your own!
You are welcomed into the home on the main level with an open plan living and dining room. Large windows and sliding glass doors in the living and dining room take you out to a nice spacious balcony overlooking the yard and the lake. The fully equipped galley kitchen with refrigerator, gas stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, pots and pans, dishes and basic cooking utensils provides you with what’s needed to make a family meal. Four breakfast stools allow additional seating at the kitchen counter.
The open plan dining area has a large table with seating for eight-ten. Add in the breakfast stools at the kitchen counter and everyone should have a spot to sit. The living room with couch and side chairs offer ample seating for the group.
The master bedroom located on the main floor is comfortable with king size bed, dresser, and closet space. The second bedroom adjacent to the master has two twin beds. A full bath is located just a few steps away from both bedrooms on the main floor.
Take the spiral stair case up to the loft area where you will find a cheery loft third bedroom with 4 twin beds and one double bed with summer yellow linens. A perfect location for the kids to gather.
Take the spiral staircase down to the lower level open plan family room with sliding glass doors out to the covered patio. Two additional daybeds are located in the family room for extra guests. The fourth bedroom with two twin beds is located just off the family room and the second three piece bath can be found on this level.
A short walk to the lake and you will find a small private sandy beach area and access to the pier with bench and ladder. The little ones can enjoy playing in the sand at the private beach, and the teens can enjoy jumping off the pier and swimming in the weed free clear waters. The north shore and Malcolm Bay area of the lake is great for the family fisherman. Catch bass, perch, walleye, sunfish and many other fresh water fish right from the pier.
The nice size balcony and lower patio are great spots to sit and enjoy your morning coffee, evening cocktail, favorite magazine or that book that you just have not had the time to read with your busy schedule at home.

Nightly Rate – $650.00 per night – Three night minimum
Discounted Weekly Rate – $4,375.00 – 7 nights
