A Cedar Shake American Traditional Estate with 120 feet of flat shoreline and sandy bottom waters to enjoy.  This estate is one of four adjacent vacation rental properties known as the East End Estates on Big Green Lake.  Blue Cedar Estate is beautiful both inside and out.  A family room with vaulted ceilings welcomes you as you enter the front door from the tree lined circle drive.  The stone fireplace makes you feel like kicking off your shoes and sitting down in a comfortable chair right away, winter, spring, summer or fall.  The amazing circular steel light fixture hanging from the vaulted ceiling creates the atmosphere that this craftsman style of home was meant to have. 

Walk through the living room to the open space of the dining area and you are welcomed by the expansive views of the lake.  Floor to ceiling windows give you the opportunity to see down the center of the lake, to the north and to south as well. 

The updated kitchen has cherry cabinets, hardwood floors, marble and solid surface counter tops, plenty of cabinet storage, a large built-in grille and huge gas cooktop.  A true cooks kitchen! 

Don’t stop at the house!  You can enjoy this delightful extra…  A finished lakeside Cabana-Boat House surrounded by native natural planting outside and inside charmingly decorated with small couch, table and kitchenette!  Just perfect for getting out of the sun for a bit and still enjoying the lake frontage.

Blue Cedar Estate – Sleeps 10 – 12 guests

The 2800 sq. foot, four+ bedroom, three full bath estate offers an eclectic style décor.  Gracious living seldom found in newer homes; this estate has been thoughtfully updated to combine modern amenities with the best of it original traditional style.  Exceptional views of the lake from most bedrooms and all first-floor rooms.  The well-manicured yard and perennial gardens that surround the estate and outdoor stone patio gives you the feeling of nature’s warmth, while the breezes off the lake keep you cool and comfortable.  Take a seat in the relaxing outdoor furniture on the stone patio and read your favorite magazine, do some needlepoint or read the Green Lake Visitors Guide to find out what’s happening in the area. Just relax and take in the peacefulness of being in Green Lake on vacation.

The Blue Cedar Estate offer the following amenities:

• A fully equipped kitchen with wood cabinets, hardwood floors, high end appliances; gas cook top with built-in grille, stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, flatware, pots and pans, and cooking utensils
• Open plan living room and sitting area with hardwood floors, and amazing views across well-manicured yard to the lake 
• Dining room with table, eight chairs and views to the lake
• Living room with sleeper sofa, TV, and free WIFI 
• Master Bedroom upstairs with king size bed and attached four-piece master bath and dressing room
• Bedroom Two upstairs with one queen bed and one twin bed, ceiling fan, nightstand and views of the lake
• Bedroom Three upstairs with queen bed and 1 twin bed, nightstand and armorer
• Bedroom Four on main floor with queen bed, floor to ceiling windows facing the lake and adjacent main floor full bath 
• Second floor three piece bath with shower and tub 
• Lower level card room with full size futon  and double bed for extra guests
• Lower level laundry room with washer, dryer, soaking sink, folding table
• Finished Cabana-Boat House with small couch, table and kitchenette

Blue Cedar Estate has 120′ of flat lake frontage with approximately 2800 sq. feet of living space.  The shoreline Cabana House is a very special extra with couch and table for lakeside comfort.

The large flat yard of Blue Cedar Estate as well as the two adjacent vacation rental homes are perfect for lakeside family games, laying in the sun, or relaxing in a chaise lounge amongst the park like setting with the charm of the old fashion gardens and native plantings. 

You may rent this charming quality craftsman home year around, monthly, multi-week, weekly or for a three-night minimum.
