You too, can enjoy this lovely 4,500+sq. ft., 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home located on northwest shore of Big Green Lake on the prestigious Hillside Drive, in the Green Lake Conference Center.

ON THE LAKE, and within minutes of tennis courts, soccer field, volleyball pit, parks, bike trails, and nature walks. Rent a boat or water toys from Pierless Boat Rentals Marina located less than a mile from Monapacataca on the Lake. Perfect for families and groups with all types of desires!
You are welcomed to the property off a private road, two lighted stone pillars and the Monapacataca sign at the entrance of the drive to the home. Once inside, the main floor offers a separate dining area to the left, as well as an open plan large living room with stone fireplace and open access to the bright and light kitchen area with center island.
The fully equipped eat in kitchen is the spot where everyone will want to gather! A center island, lots of cabinets, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and an extra long butcher block style table with seating for 10-12 will be perfect when everyone gets together for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Beautiful views of the lake can be absorbed from anywhere in this sun filled, well designed, kitchen!
Prefer to eat outside? No problem! Access to the large multi-level deck can be gained from the kitchen and many other areas of the home. Plenty of space for everyone to gather and enjoy a dinner together while overlooking the lake.
The 4,500+ sq. ft. homes location and area, has an abundance of great things to offer guests. Many comfortable areas to gather, as well as great spaces to get away and enjoy some “me time are abundant.” A beautiful sunroom with cozy occasional chairs, small breakfast table and chairs is located on the main floor just off the living room. Beautiful views and the smell of fresh water from the breezes off the lake can be enjoyed while reading a magazine or putting together a puzzle at the table. All great ways to relax.
Great views of the lake can also be found from most bedrooms. A few steps up to the second level you will find the spacious Master Bedroom with a queen size bed and two twin beds. Sliding doors off the bedroom provide access to the spacious multi-level deck. A great spot for your morning coffee. The Master Bedroom has a private 4 piece en-suite with whirlpool tub, shower and double sinks.
Across the hall you will find Bedroom Two with 3 twin beds. Bedroom’s Three and Four can be found a few steps away with a large shared bath between them. Both bedrooms have ample space for guests with there large closets and spacious rooms. Bedroom Three has a queen bed and two twins and Bedroom Four has three twin beds.
If it’s entertainment you want, head to the lower level of the home and enjoy a large flat screen TV, Ping Pong, Air Hockey, the reading nook or the board game cove an exercise bike and massage chair that’s great to relax in after a good workout or run through the beautiful grounds of the Conference Center . - Master Bedroom main level – king size bed and two additional twin beds, ceiling fan, dresser, walk-in closet and private four piece master bath, dressing area and sliding door access to private balcony

I want to tell you how much we enjoyed our time at Monapacataca on Green Lake. The house was extremely comfortable for our group of 10 adults. There was plenty of room to be comfortable and enjoy the lake as well as the top golf courses in the area. I was most impressed by the amenities we found at Monapacataca. As the head cook for our group, I found the kitchen to be outfitted with everything I needed to make a variety of meals. Everything I needed was available including dishware sufficient for our party’s size – and a table where we could all eat together. The towels provided where high quality and there were more than enough. And the location was superb. The views of the lake from the house and its immense deck were fabulous.
P.S. I really appreciate the extra effort you put into getting a larger grill for us. We used it repeatedly throughout our time at Monapacataca.
